Service Description
Beginning February 2nd, we invite you to join us live on Sundays at noon Eastern Time (9 a.m. Pacific, 10 a.m. Mountain, 11 a.m. Central) as we guide you through a 15 minute experience. These practices are designed to meet you wherever you are and can be done in any environment. The Significance of a 40-Day Practice A 40-day practice is a transformative commitment to yourself. It’s about creating balance, grounding, and awareness while cultivating a daily habit that supports your well-being. This practice can fit into any lifestyle—whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go—and offers flexibility in timing, duration, and location. Preparing for Your Practice You don’t need a lot to start, but here are some suggestions: A comfortable, supportive surface: You can sit on the floor, on a yoga mat, a sheepskin mat, or in a chair. You can also use a bolster, pillows, or blankets to support your posture and comfort. A quiet space: This can be anywhere—in your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, car, or outdoors. The key is finding a place where you feel comfortable and undisturbed. Honor your body: Listen to your body’s needs and limitations. Modify the practice as needed to suit your physical condition. Journaling and Reflection We encourage you to journal during this 40-day journey. Writing down your experiences can help you observe shifts, track progress, and document any transformations or insights you experience along the way. March 16th, we’ll host a live session where you can share your experiences. This is a space to connect, reflect, and celebrate the progress you’ve made.
