Kundalini Yoga class is structured to include a combination of breath control (pranayam), movement (Asana), meditation with silent or chanted mantra, and relaxation. Practicing regularly builds physical strength, mental agility, and deepens the incredible well within us all. Known for its transformative benefits, Kundalini yoga is an ancient form of yoga for every body. Please find a comfortable place to be for this online practice. We recommend a mat, a blanket and enough space so that you can extend your arms and legs out. For early morning classes, please register by 9PM night before to secure your spot. When possible, please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel an individual session.
