Service Description

You will be guided into a meditation with supportive sounds. Benefits Yoga nidra can help with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and sleep quality. It can also help you fall asleep faster, reduce pain, and promote deep sleep. Practice Yoga nidra involves a series of steps, such as connecting with your heart's desire or scanning your body, and observing your thoughts. Brainwaves Yoga nidra slows down brainwave modulations into a deep Delta brainwave state, which is similar to the brainwave state during deep, slow wave sleep. You will be guided into deep rest. Nothing to do but rest, and you will be guided back!
