Service Description

Co-create your healing session with Julie, based on what brings you here. Each session will include a short discussion, intention and breathwork to prepare you for a table healing. In the healing, you will rest while Julie utilizes earth based healing modalities and Holy Fire Reiki and sound to aid in clearing any blockages. After each session, you will be provided with a detailed plan as "homework" to help maximize your self healing capabilities.

Cancellation Policy

When possible, please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel an individual session. If it is an emergency please reach out directly to yoga@thecurrentwithin.org
