Current Thoughts Open Mic with Anomaly Poetry

We are thrilled to be able to collaborate with Anomaly Poetry for a monthly open mic series on Sunday afternoons at The Current Healing Arts! This open mic is poetry based with the option to share stories and acoustic sounds. This event is free and open to all! Hosted by your Poet Laureate of the City of New Bedford, Sarah Jane Mulvey.

The Current is a non profit integrative wellness center promoting mental, spiritual and physical health through holistic health practices.

Come to share your work, and listen to the voices of your community within this serene haven within the massive structure of the Kilburn Mill.

Sign ups will be available at the door and readers will have five minutes to read their original work or poems and stories that they love.

The Current is located at the Kilburn Mill in Suite 2-83.

Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd Floor, follow the hall to the RIGHT, and we are just beyond The Mr. Chimney Shoppe and Judith Klein and steps away from the Kilburn Mill Flea Market and the creative vortex that is the Artisan Center!
