Every class I teach is suitable for beginners and anyone who has not tried Kundalini yoga before.
Kundalini yoga is the "the yoga of awareness. We combine yoga postures (Asanas), breathwork (Pranayama), mantra and meditation to provide a complete physical, mental and spiritual experience.
