Heart Opening Yoga Set starts at 11a, and is suitable for all, including those who have never tried yoga before. This practice will be done seated, and can be done on either a mat or in a chair. Great opportunity to experience Kundalini Yoga, where we do mostly breathwork, some movement and meditation.

The Sound Healing Journey starts at around 12:30p, and will include use of instruments and voice.
