🧭 Jan 29 - Feb 7: The End of Borrowed Energy

Dear Friends,

As we move from January 29 through February 7, we cross an important threshold—one that quietly but firmly resets direction, capacity, and truth. This is not a loud transition. It’s a reorientation, happening from the inside out.

Many people may feel tired, unmotivated, emotionally neutral, or oddly detached. Others may feel restless, overstimulated, or unsure where to place their energy. All of this is part of the same collective process: the body and psyche recalibrating to a new operating system.



The Bigger Backdrop: A New Cycle Begins

We are now fully within the early phase of Neptune’s long journey through Aries, with Saturn preparing to follow soon after. This marks the beginning of a multi-year shift away from borrowed identities, inherited structures, and external authority—and toward something far less defined but far more honest.

At the same time:

  • Pluto remains active in a pressure-to-begin cycle, amplifying the sense that something new wants to be born—but without clear instructions yet.

  • The collective is learning that willpower alone is no longer enough. Energy must be aligned, not forced.

This period is less about action and more about discovering what you actually have the capacity for now.


January 29 – February 1: Integration Before Momentum

The final days of January support:

  • physical integration

  • nervous system settling

  • emotional digestion

  • releasing old expectations about productivity

You may notice:

  • fatigue without obvious cause

  • disinterest in plans that once felt exciting

  • a desire to simplify or cancel rather than add


February 1 – Full Moon

Illumination without resolution

The Full Moon on February 1 highlights leadership, identity, and expression — but not in a way that demands performance. Instead, it can reveal:

  • where you’ve been carrying expectations that aren’t yours

  • where your energy leaks through obligation

  • where something has simply completed its purpose

Emotional responses may feel muted or delayed. Insight may come without a strong feeling attached to it.

Let things be seen without needing to act on them yet.

February 2 – February 4

Reality testing and nervous system sensitivity

Early February brings a more mental and nervous-system–oriented tone. Some people may experience:

  • restlessness

  • mild anxiety without a clear cause

  • sensitivity to schedules, time pressure, or technology

  • digestive or sleep irregularities

This is a good window for:

  • practical organization

  • appointments that require clarity but not urgency

  • health check-ins

  • diagnostic or informational sessions

It’s less supportive for emotionally charged conversations or long-term planning.

February 5 – February 7

A soft re-entry of movement

As we approach February 7, energy begins to gently re-engage — but still without force. Motivation may return in short bursts rather than sustained drive.

This period supports:

  • light social engagement

  • creative exploration without outcome pressure

  • physical movement that is rhythmic rather than intense

  • reconnecting with people who feel easy, not demanding

If you notice moments of clarity followed by fatigue, that’s the rhythm right now. Let clarity inform you — don’t rush to execute it.

Questions to Sit With This Week

  • Where has my energy already left, even if my mind hasn’t caught up yet?

  • What am I no longer willing to push for?

  • What feels nourishing without requiring effort?

  • What wants to emerge slowly rather than be built quickly?
