May 2–14 | Slow Down, Breathe… and Let the Field Settle



🌕 You’re Not Behind But, You are Recalibrating

We entered May through a deep, emotionally revealing Full Moon, and now many are asking:

  • “Why does everything feel unclear?”

  • “Why does my body feel one way, but my mind is somewhere else?”

  • “Why does it feel like I can’t quite land anything right now?”


Before anything else…

Pause. Are you breathing?

Because:

If you cannot at any moment, easily take a full inhale and exhale, you are moving too fast for yourself.



🐢 Redefining “Slow”

This moment is not asking you to stop your life.

It is asking you to discover your actual pace.


Most people have been moving at a speed that isn’t theirs:

  • keeping up

  • pushing through

  • responding to pressure

  • trying to land clarity too soon


You may not even know what you’ve been trying to keep up with.

It’s simply… in the field.


🌫️ When Clarity Feels Foggy

You may feel:

  • “I thought I knew… now I don’t”

  • “Why does everything feel unclear?”


Let’s redefine that:

Clarity can feel foggy… and still be clarity.


Because right now: The correct action may be to observe, not to act.


🪐 What the Planets Are Bringing In


☀️ The Sun — Direction Without Full Clarity

Early May carries a movement from:

  • internal processing →

  • finding direction →

  • trying to express

This can feel like:

  • “I sense where I’m going… but I can’t fully explain it yet”


🌍 The Earth — Pressure to Ground

There is a grounding force asking:

  • “What is real?”

  • “What actually works?”

But grounding doesn’t mean rushing.

It means:

letting clarity land naturally


🧠 Mercury — The Mind Slows Down

Mercury moves into a slower, more body-based way of thinking.

You may notice:

  • thinking feels slower

  • words don’t come as quickly

  • clarity takes time


But also:

  • less mental sharpness

  • more pauses

This is not a problem.

It’s an invitation to listen instead of react.


🔥 Mars — Reactivity to Flow

Until May 6:

  • reactive

  • impulsive

  • easily triggered

After May 7:

  • more flow

  • more completion energy


👉 Early May:

  • “Do something now!”

👉 After:

  • “Let it unfold”


💕 Venus — Movement → Value → Sensitivity

Venus moves through:

  • stimulation and experience

  • value and control

  • then emotional sensitivity


You may feel:

  • wanting more

  • then questioning what matters

  • then feeling more sensitive


🌙 The Moon — Daily Emotional Weather

The Moon moves quickly through:

  • energy → focus → rhythm → ideas → vitality → tension → insight → sensitivity → emotional intensity


This is why:

  • one day feels productive

  • the next feels off

  • the next feels emotional


Especially:

  • May 10 (Mother’s Day) → strong emotional wave

  • May 12–14 → emotional + mental intensity


🔄 Pluto Retrograde (May 6 – October)

This is big, but subtle.

What has been avoided begins to surface internally.


Collectively:

  • less distraction

  • more inner pressure

  • deeper reflection


🌬️ Uranus — Nervous System Stimulation

Bringing:

  • mental overstimulation

  • sudden perception shifts


You may feel:

  • scattered

  • more sensitive

  • harder to focus


🌊 The Nodes — Major Shift Begins May 14

From May 14 → July 24:

  • emotional sensitivity increases

  • connection + intimacy themes rise

  • emotional waves deepen


Light humor version:

You may:

  • feel fine

  • then emotional

  • then need space

  • then want connection

👉 All in a short period of time.

Perfectly aligned with the field.


🌍 What “The Environment Is Unstable” Means

This doesn’t mean something is wrong.

It means:

The field is shifting in a way that makes your system more sensitive.


You may notice:

  • feeling fine at home

  • but different in public


In real life:

  • walking differently

  • driving differently

  • feeling slightly off


Or:

  • “Did I already do that?”

  • “I thought I picked that up…”


👉 This is not dysfunction.

This is heightened sensitivity.


🧠 The Conditioned Collective

Out in the world:

🚗

  • rushed driving

  • poor awareness

🗣️

  • talking in circles

  • struggling to express clearly

😤

  • impatience

  • subtle anxiety

  • trying to control


👉 This is what happens when: the mind leads instead of the body


🧠 Catch Yourself (Gently)

Pause and ask:

  • Am I breathing?

  • Is this urgency… or pressure?

  • Do I need to act right now?

  • What is my body actually saying?


🧘‍♀️ The Core Teaching

The mind is for others. The body is for you.


The mind:

  • analyzes

  • pushes

  • creates urgency


The body:

  • senses

  • responds

  • knows timing


👉 When they disagree:

trust the body


🌬️ The Breath — Your Reset Inhale. Exhale.


If that’s hard:

You are moving faster than your awareness can track.


Return to:

  • your breath

  • your body

  • your pacing
