The final stretch of July calls us to slow down and listen to the subtle cues of life. While the world continues spinning faster—literally and energetically—you may feel off-kilter, overstimulated, or unanchored. This is not a mistake. It is a sacred invitation to drop below the noise.
The New Moon on July 24 and the Lionsgate portal opening around July 26 stir soul-level memory and potential. Yet, with Mercury, Pluto, Neptune, and Saturn in retrograde, much of that potential is gestating quietly, hidden in review cycles and inner dialogues.
There is no need to rush to be seen. Radical alignment begins with truth: meeting yourself exactly where you are, and softening into what you're here to witness, receive, and trust.

Mercury Retrograde brings awareness to nervous system overload. Less output, more listening. Miscommunications may arise—speak less, attune more.
Pluto Retrograde pushes you toward personal truth through intense transformation. Power plays—internal or external—may reveal what needs to die for something wiser to rise.
Neptune Retrograde in Aries dissolves false confidence. You may question your direction, your “vision.” That’s part of clearing illusion. Surrender the fog.
Saturn Retrograde tests boundaries and structure. What have you outgrown? What sacred “no” have you been afraid to say?
Lionsgate Opening on 7/26 (peaks 8/8): Whether subtle or seismic, many feel a rising wave of ancestral clarity. If grief or inspiration appears suddenly, stay with it. It is ancestral wisdom speaking.

The Moon’s movement in these final July days brings a deeply textured emotional landscape.
Early in the cycle, you may feel a yearning for connection, validation, and recognition. This can lead to pressure to “do” or “prove.” But underneath it lies a desire to feel safe being seen without performance. Allow yourself to soften...
Soon after, the energy becomes dual-toned—moments of stillness alongside a push for productivity. This internal contradiction can bring tension or confusion. Instead of solving it, practice witnessing it. Your system is shedding old pacing patterns.
The New Moon on July 24 is a reflective silence. Vision and direction may feel unclear—don’t fill the void. Let it be the sacred pause before inspiration flows again.
As the Lionsgate portal opens, the emotional tone shifts into magnetic intensity. You may feel activated, inspired, weepy, or fiercely independent—all in the same day. This isn’t a sign of imbalance. It’s a call to reweave your own nervous system rhythm. This is not about effort though....it is allowing the re-patterning to occur, surrender is key!
The last days of the month call attention to boundaries, discernment, and psychic overwhelm. If you’ve been absorbing too much—whether emotions, content, social media or others’ needs—this is the moment to discharge and clear. The Moon reminds us: healing is not just taking in light—it is also learning when to stop taking in.

If you’re moving between states, regions, or time zones, be mindful that your body may feel changes in pressure and mood before they occur. You are likely processing incoming events in advance—and recovering from the last wave all at once. Listen Listen to your body. If you feel the pause....allow yourself to pause.
July 21–29: A sensitive, high-impact period. Energies are fluctuating—especially emotionally. Only travel during this time if your soul is guiding it and need to and have built in many rest buffers and flexibility.
Post-August 15th may bring greater alignment for major movement if you’re feeling frayed now. It may be best to wait if you can.

What to Honor:
The truth of your current state—not the version you wish you were.
The quiet spaces between decisions.
Your body’s need to pause, even when the world doesn’t.
Ancestral wisdom that shows up as intuition, grief, or sudden clarity.

What to Let Go Of:
The illusion that you need to control every outcome.
Over-explaining or proving your worth.
Emotional residue from others you were never meant to carry.
The pressure to “finish the healing” or “figure it out.”
The story that if you rest, you’re falling behind.
