The vibe this week? Like you just got seated on the wrong rollercoaster, but it’s too late to get off. Buckle up, breathe through the loop-de-loops.

Here’s what’s up:

  • June 15: Mars squares Uranus → Surprise stress? Channel it wisely.

  • June 15: Jupiter squares Saturn → Old limits meet big dreams. Wait before leaping.

  • June 18: Jupiter squares Neptune → Time for a dream detox. Discern what’s real.

These planetary punches are testing your nervous system's ability to choose what’s worth reacting to. Think: Less whiplash, more inner witness.

Saturn is still in Aries (so is Neptune), so the lesson is: You’re not ā€œbehind.ā€ You’re reformatting. Respond, Pause, Flailing in mid-air may be an option as well as long as you can rein yourself in.

Meanwhile, Mr. Golden Sun is illuminating the need for expressive truth, while Earth keeps tugging us toward inner reflection and embodied clarity. Mercury is stirring the pot with quick shifts in perception and language. Venus is deep in refinement mode, inviting grace where there’s been grit. And then there’s Uranus—our cosmic disruptor—reminding us that change isn’t coming, it’s already here.

And Pluto? Don’t be fooled by its status as a "dwarf" planet. Retrograde or not, Pluto is the deep-force tectonic mover. It was never meant to be put in a corner. The tiny ones often shake the foundation the most—and Pluto’s about to prove that in a very real way in the very near future.



🪷 BODY WISDOM This is your invitation to remember you are Human.

You are not meant to move at lightning speed. Not sustainably. Not honestly. The flesh—your body—is not a machine. It’s your compass. It was never meant to endlessly override its limits, even if that’s what you were trained to do.

This week may bring a powerful reminder: if you’ve been pushing too long, something may come to stop you in your tracks. And that ā€œsomethingā€ is often the body. Dis-ease, pain, fatigue, anxiety, burnout—these are not betrayals. They’re communication.

The truth is, most people are wildly disconnected from their bodies and don’t even realize it. They follow the mind, obey expectations, and ignore the deeper signals until the body demands their attention.

We all have subtle inner alerts long before things manifest physically. But you have to be quiet enough inside to hear them. And yes—some minds areĀ nonstop. That’s not the problem. The problem is identifying with everything the mind says.

Your thoughts are not all yours. Most are just passing through. Let them.

Let the mind do its thing. But don’t let it rule.

😓 SOUL NOURISHMENT: Sleep Alone, Stay Sovereign

Why it matters now:

  • You’re digesting more emotional and planetary input than usual.

  • Sharing sleep space can entangle your nervous system with others’.

  • Pets, partners, and chaos gremlins may be cute—but your aura needs its own field to reset.

Try:

  • Sleeping solo a few nights a week.

  • No screens at least 45 min before bed.

  • Listening to your breath insteadĀ of your brain.


šŸ’¦ GIVE YOURSELF A ā€œPOPā€ WITH ISHNAAN

Cold water = Nervous system CPR. Feeling cold depression? Brain fog? Drowsy for no reason?

Try this:

  • Splash cold water on face + wrists

  • Rinse feet + ankles in cold water

  • Sink-shower one foot at a time

  • Full-body if ready (with oil before)

Why?Ā It stimulates circulation, balances glandular function, and helps you snap back into clarity.

Caution: Skip full-body cold showers if pregnant, frail, have cardiovascular issues or severely fatigued. Ease in slowly. Small = still sacred.


🧾 HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS

This is not panic—it’s prep. June’s giving you a portal to get your life in order before July spins the wheel again.
