🌑 MARCH 2026

March is not a “light” month.

It is not chaotic in a dramatic way — but it is pressurized.

We are moving through:

  • A Lunar Eclipse (March 3)

  • Mercury retrograde until March 20

  • Jupiter shifting direct (March 11)

  • A Pisces New Moon (March 19)

  • The Spring Equinox + Sun into Aries (March 20)

  • Saturn moving from(Innocence) to (Opinions)

  • Pluto continuing (Root pressure to begin a new cycle)

This is a month of nervous system compression followed by directional correction.

⚡ THE COLLECTIVE FIELD

When pressure builds in the Root this month, the body feels it first.

You may notice:

  • Tight hips

  • Jaw tension

  • Fascia gripping

  • Adrenal fatigue

  • Low-grade inflammation

  • Irritability without clear cause

  • Impatience with “old systems”

  • Desire to quit something suddenly

This is Root pressure without immediate release.

Watch Out For:

  • Forcing a decision.

  • Burning a bridge.

  • Snap at someone.

  • Make a dramatic pivot.

  • Over-commit.

  • Or collapse and withdraw.

But this month is not asking for reaction.

It is asking for regulation.

🌑 MARCH 3 – LUNAR ECLIPSE (VIRGO)

Virgo energy exposes inefficiencies.

With Mercury retrograde, this can feel like:

  • Delays

  • Administrative glitches

  • Systems not responding

  • Old obligations resurfacing

  • Body sensitivities heightened

The nervous system may feel overstimulated.

From now to March 2oth, wait if you can to:

  • Push major launches

  • Force travel

  • Make permanent decisions

The Key is to observe!

🧠 MERCURY RETROGRADE (Through March 20)

This retrograde is not chaotic — it is introspective.

But in the field, it can manifest as:

  • Miscommunications

  • Re-litigating old conflicts

  • Emotional misunderstandings

  • Overthinking

  • Mental looping

  • Replaying conversations

The fascia may feel “sticky.”

The mind may feel circular.

Sleep may be strange.

The invitation:

Pause before responding.

Let silence do more work.

🔥 Combo SATURN + NEPTUNE IN ARIES

This is new territory.

Saturn in Aries says:

“Act responsibly.”

Neptune in Aries says:

“Act idealistically.”

Together, they create tension between:

  • Dream vs structure

  • Impulse vs discipline

  • Identity vs responsibility

The reaction here that you may see?

  • Frustration.

  • Feeling blocked.

  • Anger at delay.

  • Impatience with others.

  • Feeling like you must prove yourself.

But Aries is about clean initiation — not force.

This is about mature self-leadership.

🌊 MARCH 19 – PISCES NEW MOON

This is a reset. But it is soft. Fluid. Emotional.

Expect:

  • Fatigue

  • Emotional waves

  • Heightened empathy

  • A need for solitude

This is not a productivity portal. This is a dissolve and reset portal.

🌅 MARCH 20 – EQUINOX

Sun enters Aries. Mercury goes direct. Energy pivots.

You may feel:

  • A clarity snap.

  • Direction returning.

  • Motivation slowly rebuilding.

But clarity will not be instant. It will feel like:“I can breathe again.”

🧍‍♀️ THE BODY IN MARCH

Because Pluto remains in the (Root),

and Jupiter returns to (Beginnings),

there is pressure to initiate.

If you override your body:

You may experience:

  • Tight calves

  • Sacral depletion

  • Low back compression

  • Irritable digestion

  • Bone fatigue

  • Overstimulation in Solar Plexus

The aura may feel thinner. You may feel less tolerant of others’ fields.

This is not personal failure. This is energetic compression.

🪞 COLLECTIVE THEMES YOU MAY SEE

  • People setting harder boundaries.

  • More emotional volatility.

  • Frustration with institutions.

  • Re-evaluation of contracts (Nodes).

  • People leaving roles abruptly.

  • Strong opinions emerging mid-month (Saturn)

Some will rise into authority. Some will react from ego. Both will be visible.

🧘‍♀️ PRACTICES FOR MARCH

Instead of forcing clarity:

Try:

  • Slower mornings.

  • More hydration. (This does not mean chug your water!)

  • Shorter commitments.

  • Body-based decision making.

  • Gentle fascia release.

  • Quiet walks.

  • Fewer arguments.

  • No rushed agreements.

Ask:

“Am I regulated?”

“Or am I reacting?”

🌿 QUESTIONS FOR YOU

  1. What system in my life is no longer efficient?

  2. Where am I forcing timing?

  3. What agreement needs renegotiation?

  4. Am I acting from impulse or from grounded authority?

  5. Where do I need to rest instead of push?

🪶 THE BIGGER ARC

March is not the final act. It is preparation.

It is refining your inner authority before larger collective shifts ahead.

You are not meant to “win” this month. You are meant to stabilize.

Not to dominate. To self-regulate.

Not to prove.

But To align.

Greetings,

Just a quick note before we get into the week - 🪞 We would love to hear from you.

✨ How did February 13–18 feel for you?

✨ Were the prompts helpful?

✨ What did you notice in your body, relationships, or decisions?

✨ Do you have questions you would like us to explore?

Your reflections shape how we guide future newsletters. If you missed the previous update, you can revisit it here: [ link to February 13–18 Newsletter]

We are now integrating the Solar Eclipse (Feb 17) while Saturn has freshly entered Aries and is building toward its conjunction with Neptune (Feb 20).

It is clarifying energy.

The eclipse opened a doorway.

Now the nervous system is trying to catch up.

This is an emotionally charged integration window.

🔥 The Field

  • Emotional highs and lows

  • Romantic idealism or disappointment

  • Desire to “feel something real”

  • Impatience with emotional stagnation

What you may observe in others or even yourself:

  • People overreact.

  • Old relational wounds flare.

  • Agreements feel suffocating.

  • Impulse decisions get made from intensity.

Meanwhile, Earth moving asks:

  • What are you actually committed to?

  • What are you bonded to?

  • What do you need to withdraw from?

This can show up physically as:

  • Solar plexus tightness

  • Upper abdomen pressure

  • Rib cage constriction

  • Jaw tension

  • Fatigue in the lower back

Emotionally:

  • Mood swings

  • Sudden “I’m done” energy

  • Or a deep need for closeness

Both can exist simultaneously.

🌑 February 19–20

Saturn Conjunct Neptune in Aries

This is the meeting of:

The Dreamer (Neptune)

The Realist (Saturn)

In Aries.

Aries says: Act.

Saturn says: Be responsible.

Neptune says: Believe in something bigger.

The distortion?

  • Frustration when reality doesn’t match the vision.

  • Anger when others don’t move fast enough.

  • Feeling disillusioned.

  • Forcing initiation.

This is not a time to prove. It is a time to stabilize.

🌊 February 21–22 Emotional Processing & Internal Sorting

This is integration.

You may feel:

  • Reflective

  • Quiet

  • A need to reorganize

  • A desire to clean up emotional clutter

  • Physical fatigue

The fascia may feel dense.

The nervous system may crave stillness.

This is recalibration.

🪶 February 23–24 Contracts & Community

This is tribal energy. Themes may include:

  • Agreements

  • Family dynamics

  • Business boundaries

  • Community roles

  • Who carries the load?

  • Who benefits?

This can manifest as:

  • Resentment

  • Silent scorekeeping

  • Emotional withdrawal

  • Passive aggression

The aligned expression?

Clear contracts.

Clear roles.

Clean boundaries.

🧠 Nervous System Notes (Feb 19–24)

You may notice:

  • Waves of clarity followed by fatigue

  • Emotional vulnerability

  • Lower tolerance for chaos

  • A desire for simple routines

  • Sleep pattern fluctuations

Hydrate.

Slow down conversations.

Avoid reactive decisions.

Let the emotional wave complete.

🌿 Self-Inquiry Prompts

Take a moment. Possibly Journal, Color, Paint, Dance, Meditate

  1. What did the February 17 eclipse reveal for me?

  2. Where am I forcing clarity instead of allowing it?

  3. What commitment feels clean?

  4. What commitment feels heavy?

  5. Where am I reacting emotionally instead of responding?

  6. What agreement needs renegotiation?

  7. What would emotional steadiness look like right now?

Dear Friends,

February 13–18 opens a powerful corridor — one that asks us to stand upright inside ourselves.

Not defensive.

Not leaning on the outer structures.

But centered.

This is not about doing everything alone.

It is about learning to lean on your own axis.

As my grandfather once said:

If you can only find the sacred inside four walls, but not in a blade of grass, you’ve missed the point.

This week teaches us how to find that center again — inside the fire.

🔥 February 13 – Saturn Entered Aries

Saturn re-enters Aries (after its brief 2025 preview) and will remain until April 2028.

This is initiation through friction.

Saturn in Aries can feel like:

- Frustration when pursuing goals

- Impatience with delays

- Discomfort with ego displays — including our own

- Questioning: Who am I if I can’t push?

This is a maturation of identity.

Aries wants to move.

Saturn asks: Are you disciplined enough to move with integrity?

The Sun simultaneously enters an emotionally charged desire and intensity. The Moon moves through pressure and ambition themes. Mars is still listening to the past.

You may feel:

- Heat in the nervous system

- Emotional urgency

- A desire to “resolve something now”

- Restlessness in the solar plexus

Prompt:

- Where am I pushing because I am afraid of pausing?

- Where am I withholding because I am afraid of standing alone?

🌑 February 15–16 – Maha Shivaratri

Shiva represents dissolution.

These days are not about building.

They are about allowing something false to fall away.

You may notice:

- Old emotional narratives resurfacing

- Sensitivity to rejection or belonging

- Sudden clarity about what no longer aligns

This is a sacred dismantling.

Prompt:

- What must dissolve so I can stand more simply in myself?

- What expectation am I still leaning on?

🌑 February 17 – New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius

This eclipse begins a longer cycle along the Leo–Aquarius axis (2026–2028).

Aquarius asks:

- What community am I truly aligned with?

- Where do I belong — not by habit, but by frequency?

Collectively, you may notice :

- Emotional surges

- Mood variability

- Groups reorganizing

- Shifts in alliances

- Friendships changing shape

- Increased desire for authenticity within community

Eclipses do not create chaos.

They reveal what was already unstable.

Prompt:

- Am I participating in community from truth or from obligation?

- Who am I without the group identity?

🌊 February 18 – Sun Enters Pisces

A noticeable softening.

After fire, we enter water.

There may be:

- Emotional release

- Tearfulness

- Increased empathy

- Subtle fatigue

- A desire to retreat

Pisces season asks:

Can you remain centered without armoring?

Prompt:

- Where do I need compassion for myself?

- What am I ready to forgive — quietly?

🧭 The Portal Theme

This is a week of:

Identity

Principle

Community

Dissolution

Emotional maturity

The old structures will not hold the same way.

The outer walls may not feel as steady.

The question becomes:

Can you sit in the room without leaning?

Not isolating.

Not withdrawing.

But centered.

Lean on your spine.

Lean on your breath.

Lean on your discernment.

🌿 Ways to Work With This Energy

- Journal before reacting

- Delay big declarations if emotionally heated

- Observe relationship shifts without forcing resolution

- Prioritize sleep - Hydrate with Pure Water, Stretching and Breath

- Avoid pushing identity narratives — yours or others’

- Choose stillness over spectacle
