Kundalini Yoga Level Two Training

The Deep Dive: Integration, Initiation & Identity

Level Two is where the journey gets real—and personal.

This 300-hour certification program is designed for those ready to go beyond “doing yoga” and into the art of living it. Structured across five 60-hour modules, Level Two builds on the foundation of Level One (though Level One is not required). What is required: a sincere desire to evolve, expand your awareness, and relate to life with more depth, clarity, and compassion.

Over a minimum of 2 years, you’ll explore what it means to be a truly conscious teacher and human being. You'll cultivate intuition, resilience, neutrality, and the capacity to self-assess—even when life gets loud. You’ll also work toward your Yoga Alliance RYT 500-hour certification if desired.

Each module includes:

  •  A structured 90-day meditation practice

  •  An open book and open dialogue exam

  •  Small group meetings for integration and peer support

  •  Flexible scheduling with required and optional components

  •  Approximate total commitment: 96 days per module (and Yes, you can overlap modules if you feel called to do so)

 Core Modules

Authentic Relationships

This isn’t just about romance—it’s about how you show up in all relationships: personal, professional, platonic, and beyond.

 

We’ll explore energetic polarities, clearing the heart center, releasing subconscious patterns, and healing the wounds of love in all forms. Expect to dive into shadow work around trust, self-worth, and vulnerability—while learning practical tools to create more authentic, conscious, and compassionate connections across your life.

Conscious Communication

Words carry frequency—and your presence speaks louder than your voice.

 

This course refines your ability to listen deeply and speak truthfully, while also examining what your shadow reveals in moments of silence, conflict, or projection. With kriyas, mantra, and subconscious clearing practices, you’ll learn to express yourself with integrity and navigate communication as a sacred act of awareness.

Lifestyles & Lifecycles

This module is a sacred look at your personal timeline and the patterns that ride along with it.

You’ll explore life’s natural rhythms—from childhood to midlife and beyond—while working through inner child healing, emotional residue, and karmic cycles. Using Kundalini Yoga and meditation, you’ll do deep shadow excavation, subconscious clearing, and gain tools to align with your evolving purpose.

Mind & Meditation

The mind isn’t your enemy—it’s your most powerful ally… if you learn how it works.


Let’s be honest: your mind has a mind of its own. This module introduces you to the 9 aspects of the mind, the 27 projections, and the 81 facets—a full-spectrum map of how your mind works for you…
or against you. You'll learn to work skillfully with mental patterns, develop discernment, and cultivate neutrality.

And yes, you’ll spend luxurious amounts of time in meditation; after meditation, learning to stabilize in states of stillness, presence, and vast inner awareness.

Vitality & Stress

Stress happens. The real question is: what do you do with it?

Vitality isn’t just energy—it’s your capacity to show up fully in life.
Stress isn’t just pressure—it’s an invitation to recalibrate.

This module dives into the science of resilience: how to strengthen your nervous system, harness your prana, and release stress at the root—not just manage it.

 

This module helps you build resilience from the inside out—starting with your breath, nervous system, and emotional body. Through kriya and meditation, you’ll reveal and release shadow layers, clear the subconscious, and let go of emotional baggage that silently drains your energy. What emerges is a deeper sense of vitality, steadiness, and radiance.

SatHari Kaur is a seasoned Kundalini Yoga teacher, trainer, and mentor, known for her down-to-earth, all-in approach to transformation.
She blends breath, movement, meditation, and mantra in a way that’s both practical and deeply soul-shifting, helping students clear old patterns, move past blocks, and reconnect with their authentic, vibrant selves.

Beyond yoga, SatHari has a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and is a lifelong student,
teacher, and trainer from Vedic Astrology and Astrocartography to Human Design and Vastu Shastra.
Whether leading teacher trainings, workshops, or personal consultations, her mission is simple:
help people wake up to their power and live with more clarity, ease, and flow.
