Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Training
The Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with a deep understanding of Kundalini Yoga practices, principles, and lifestyle. This modular program is tailored to meet the diverse needs of students, offering flexibility for personal transformation or certification.

- Duration: Minimum 15 to 22 training dates, flexible schedules, and additional partial days if needed.
- ‘Live’ Evening sessions (e.g., 5 PM-8 PM ET) and ‘Live’ holiday/weekend sessions (6.5 hours/day).

Foundational Series
The foundational series establishes the basics of Kundalini Yoga principles, practices, and lifestyle. Students
will complete three interconnected modules within the first 2-4 months of enrollment.
Foundational Modules Overview
- Foundations Part 1: Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and the Aquarian Age.
- Foundations Part 2: Yogic Lifestyle and Diet.
- Foundations Part 3: Yogic Anatomy and Alignment.
Core Modules
After completing the foundational series, students can deepen their understanding through six core modules.
These modules can be taken in any order.
- Mind and Meditation.
- Humanology and Yogic Lifestyle.
- Asana and Physical Practice.
- Sound and Mantra.
- Teaching Skills and Professional
Development.
Comprehensive Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
- Philosophy and Spiritual Development.
Immersive Modules
Immersive modules provide intensive experiences for personal transformation and deeper learning.
- Rebirthing Immersion: 3 to 5 days of kriyas and meditations
- Meditation Immersion: 2.5 days of full-day meditation practices.
- Moon Cycles and Celestial Communication: 3 days.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
- Within 30 days: Refund minus course materials, home study fees, and a $250 administrative fee.
- 30-60 days: 50% refund or option to transfer/postpone fees.
- After 60 days: No refunds; transfer/postpone options available.
Certification Options
Upon successful completion, students will receive a 200-hour accreditation recognized by both Yoga Alliance
and Kundalini Yoga Research Institute (KRI). IKYTA membership is included for the first year for KRI-certified
participants.
Important Dates
After registration students begin homestudy with trainer 1 to 1 guidance and for those interested in ‘live’ session with a group this will happen approximately 1 to 2 months from homestudy begins. Home- study should be 3/4 completed prior to group meetings. Next cohort begins March/April. Individual Self-paced students enrollment is open year-round.
Training Program Deposit, Payment Plans & Enrollment Process
There is a minimum deposit and a course materials fee, but the total cost depends on the payment plan you choose, specifically the number of months needed for payment. It also depends on if you know if you plan to get certified (take the full training) or if you are not sure if your doing the full training or doing it fir transformation and then paying per module is an option as well.
Payment Plan Options for those that know they want to complete program for certification.
Standard payment plans range from 2 to 7 months with no additional fees. If a longer payment period is required, additional charges may apply.
Deposit Breakdown
To make enrollment accessible, we offer two flexible deposit options:
Option 1: Standard Minimum Deposit (Lower Upfront, Second Payment Soon After)
• Initial Deposit: $470–$525
• Second Payment (Due Within 30 Days): $295
• Remaining Balance: Split into 2–6 monthly payments
Option 2: Full Commitment Deposit (Fewer Payments Later)
• Initial Deposit: $765–$820
• Remaining Balance: Lower monthly payments over 2–7 months
Additional Enrollment Requirements
Before finalizing registration paperwork or making any deposits or payments, a 30-minute screening via Zoom is required. This ensures the program is the right fit before committing financially.
