January 17-24: Pressure, Clarity and the Art of Not Forcing It

Dear Friends,
As we move through January 17–24, we’re entering a true threshold week, a time where the collective field can feel “amped,” emotionally charged, and strangely urgent… even when nothing external is actually demanding a rush.
This is one of those windows where it helps to remember:
Just because you feel pressure doesn’t mean it’s time to push.
Sometimes pressure is simply the nervous system trying to regain control.
Below is what this timeframe may feel like, what may show up in the not-self, and how to work with it in a more grounded way.
The Main Theme: Stop / Go Energy + Nervous System Sensitivity
This stretch can bring an unusual combination:
tired but wired
clear one moment, foggy the next
motivated… but also strangely heavy
inner buzzing / vibration
big feelings with no obvious story
Think of it as a “reset wave” moving through the body and psyche.
What People May Feel Physically (Common Patterns)
1) Nervous System + Sleep
Many people may experience:
broken sleep or early waking
subtle tremors / internal buzzing
feeling “on alert” for no reason
sensitivity to lights, noise, or screens
Support: early nights, fewer inputs, longer exhales, warm meals, lower stimulation evenings.
2) Gut + Solar Plexus Sensitivity
It’s common during these energetic shifts to see:
nausea or appetite changes
reflux, burpy pressure, unsettled digestion
“anxious belly” feeling
random cravings or aversions
Support: simple foods, hydration + minerals, avoid overdoing caffeine or cold/raw meals if you’re already sensitive.
3) Muscles, Fascia, and Tension
Some may feel:
neck + jaw tension
tight chest/diaphragm
low back and leg fatigue
soreness without “reason”
Support: gentle movement, heat, stretching, walking, and not forcing intense workouts.
The Collective: What May Come Out of People
This is the kind of week where the not-self tries to control the discomfort instead of feeling it.
So you may notice:
impulsive decision-making
dramatic conclusions
“I’m done” energy (before clarity is fully formed)
irritability and projection (“you’re the problem”)
reactive certainty and debate-mode communication
urgency to fix, prove, or escape
In short:
People may act like everything is an emergency when it isn’t.
Better Questions to Ask Instead (Self-Alignment Prompts)
When you feel the pressure rise, try switching the question:
Instead of: “What’s wrong with me?”
Ask: “Is this me… or is this the field?”
Instead of: “I need a final answer today.”
Ask: “What’s the next practical step that doesn’t require certainty?”
Instead of: “I should blow everything up so I feel free.”
Ask: “Is this liberation… or dysregulation?”
Instead of: “I have to act right now.”
Ask: “If I wait 24 hours, will I still feel the same?”
Best Ways to Use This Window (What It’s Good For)
This can be an excellent time for:
✅ practical logistics
✅ organizing schedules and next steps
✅ light errands + planning
✅ short appointments and follow-through
✅ gentle movement and nervous system care
✅ structured inner reflection without mental spiraling
Less ideal for:
🚫 forcing big emotional clarity
🚫 reactive relationship conversations
🚫 rushing major commitments from pressure
🚫 trying to “think your way” into peace

Getting Ready for the New cycle - Let go of the seduction your mind puts in front of you making you insecure, afraid, and thinking that you need to take care of business yourself. Limitation is something extraordinary, as it is all about transcendence. The moment that you can accept limitation, it no longer exists. This is all about the way that mind distorts things to keep you so uncomfortable in your life. Let go of the great dilemmas that your mind presents to you moment by moment. Let go and accept in that limitation your Self, your True Self that resides in your body and its intelligence—to trust in your Self; to recognize that you have precisely what you need to move forward. Your body is the key to navigating on this plane as you. How beautiful this phase can be; how peaceful it is to be able to rest within your Self and find the truth within you.
If you’ve been feeling like you are “in between timelines,”...
This week supports the completion of old patterns, not necessarily with drama, but often through quiet recognition:
“That version of me is complete.”
Let that be enough.
Not everything needs to be fixed.
Not everything needs to be decided.
Some things simply need to finish dissolving so the next truth can arrive.
