An energizing sequence to awaken the body and uplift the spirit, ease emotional tension and settle the mind. Together, they create a grounded, clear, and peaceful heart-centered state. Kundalini Yoga class is structured to include a combination of breath control (pranayam), movement (Asana), meditation with silent or chanted mantra, and relaxation. Practicing regularly builds physical strength, mental agility, and deepens the incredible well within us all. Known for its transformative benefits, Kundalini yoga is an ancient form of yoga for every body. Please find a comfortable place to be for this online practice.
