Ultimately, the relationship you have with yourself, your soul, is reflected back to you in every relationship you engage in (friendships, romantic partners, family dynamics, and professional). Let's explore your relationship patterns and dissect and address the problematic, undesirable, uncomfortable parts of those relationships. Instead of being caught up with the powerful emotions, let's diffuse it and honestly look at it and accept it. Deciding if it is useful to engage or if it is time to release the patterns. This is a rare chance to uncover some deep truths. Day One - The Experience of Authentic Relationships Day Two - Love and the Infinite Game of Life Day Three - The Law of Polarity in Relationships Day Four - Living as Your Authentic Self Day Five - Divine Delight and the Play of Masculine and Feminine Day Six - Passing on Grace and Consciousness Please note that there may be some overlap between the topics. Course Format & Flexibility • Body-Informed Approach: My Level Two programs focus on honor a body-informed way of teaching which includes focus on shadow work. • Live Zoom Sessions: • Fridays: 2–5 PM (Pacific) • Saturdays & Sundays: 8 AM–3 PM (Pacific) • Recordings Available: If you miss any live sessions, you’ll have access to recordings with a set review period. • Required Group Meetings: Three 2-hour meetings per course, scheduled collaboratively. • Optional Yogi Bhajan Videos & Transcripts: You can decide whether you’d like to engage with them—it’s not mandatory.
